MEI entrance gate monitoring and control system is the solution IoT Access Control developed on the platform STM32, specialized for managing entrances at factories, offices, warehouses and control areas. The device connects stably Ethernet (LAN), transmit data to the platform MEI ECO through protocol MQTT, allowing remote monitoring and control on Web/App.
Support system Count the number of people entering/exiting in real time using sensors or control readers, automatically calculates the number of people still in the area and displays it directly on the screen. 7-segment LED display. MEI access control and monitoring system is the solution IoT Access Control Developed on microcontroller platform STM32, specialized for managing entrances and exits at factories, production areas, warehouses and restricted areas. Equipment used Ethernet (LAN) as the main communication channel, ensuring stable and continuous connection to the platform MEI ECO through protocol MQTT, meeting 24/7 operating requirements in industrial environments.
The controller supports connection RFID card reader, infrared sensor or optical sensor to detect and record the direction of movement of people entering/exiting. Microcontroller STM32 Process data in real time, determine direction of travel, count the number of entries and exits and accurately calculate the number of people remaining in the area. The results are displayed directly above 7-segment LED display High brightness, easy to observe at the scene.
Control system Magnetic Lock via Relay output, supports many authentication modes such as RFID card, door opening button, remote control command Web/App or open automatically time frame configured. The device also supports configuring door open time, self-locking time and recording the entire door opening/closing history.
To ensure operating safety, the controller is integrated Emergency Exit Button. When the button is activated, the magnetic lock will be released immediately for emergency escape, and the system records the event and sends a notification to the monitoring center.
The device continuously monitors door status, magnetic lock status, power supply and communication connections. When discovered Door opened beyond the set time, door not closed, unauthorized access, magnetic lock error, power loss or device connection loss, the system will automatically record Alarm Log and send Push Notification to the Web/App for the manager to handle promptly.
To ensure data integrity, the device integrates Offline Data Logging, stores all input/output events and controls when network connection is lost. Once the LAN connection is restored, the data will be available Automatically synchronize according to the correct timestamp (Timestamp) onto the server, ensuring no information loss.
