The system also integrates control of pumps, valves, inverters, chemical filling equipment and technological processes according to the requirements of each project.

Automation is combined with digitization of operational data. Output, power, technology parameters, logs and incident history are stored on the software, helping operators monitor the system, technical departments plan maintenance and managers evaluate production efficiency.

For lighting, MEI GROUP develops monitoring and control systems for urban areas, factories, tourist areas and public infrastructure. The solution allows turning on/off, adjusting brightness according to device capabilities, operating according to schedule or scenario and remote control via Web/App. Lamp status, electrical cabinets and energy consumption are monitored according to deployment configuration, supporting problem detection, reducing manual checks and optimizing energy usage.

The Web/App platform self-developed by MEI GROUP is customized according to customers' devices, processes and management goals. The monitoring interface, technology diagram, permissions and reporting forms are designed to suit each application. Users can monitor multiple devices, stations and plants on the same platform, performing control operations according to access rights.

When detecting parameters exceeding the threshold, the device stops working or loses connection, the system sends warnings via application, Web, SMS, call or email depending on configuration and connection conditions. Alarm thresholds, priorities and recipient groups can be adjusted according to needs; History is stored for lookup and processing tracking.

The system supports connecting with other platforms, exploiting historical data and synthesizing reports. For required projects, MEI GROUP develops the function of transmitting data to management agencies according to the prescribed format, frequency and reception method. The ability to store at the device, monitor transmission status and send compensation when restoring connection helps maintain data for checking and comparison.
