MEI pressure monitoring system is the kit Data Logger IoT Developed on microcontroller platform STM32, specialized for collecting, monitoring and storing pressure data in water systems, pump stations, transmission pipelines, HVAC and industrial processes. Equipment used 9–12VDC power supply, supports connection to standard pressure sensors 4–20 mA, converts Analog signals to digital with high resolution, processes data in real time and transmits data to the server via the protocol MQTT.
The STM32 controller supports configurable cyclic sampling, signal noise filtering, calibration, measurement value scaling and sensor status monitoring. Data is displayed directly on the LCD/GLCD screen, and simultaneously transmitted to the Web/App platform to display Dashboard, trend chart, data history and event log in real time.
Support equipment two operating modes includes Continuous Mode (continuous measurement and data transmission) and Low Power Mode (energy saving), in which the STM32 microcontroller uses Sleep/Stop mode and only activates sensors, displays and communications according to the installation cycle to reduce power consumption, suitable for systems using battery or solar power.
Integrated system Offline Data Logging Using Flash/EEPROM, allows recording all data when losing Internet connection or MQTT server. When the connection is restored, the device automatically synchronizes all missing data according to the correct timestamp (Timestamp), ensuring data integrity and continuity.
Users can configure sampling period, data transmission period, calibration coefficient, alarm threshold and various operating modes. Support system Alerts based on fixed thresholds or according to each time frame, in accordance with the operating requirements of each station. When the pressure exceeds the limit, the sensor loses signal or the device loses connection, the system will record the Alarm Log and send Push Notification to the Web/App platform in real time.
The software platform supports multiple device management, user authorization, operating history storage, trend analysis charts and Export report in Excel format, effectively meeting the needs of pressure monitoring and management in modern industrial systems.
