Data saved offline 60 days, automatically synchronizes when there is a network. The system also monitors battery, solar charging, cabinet temperature and humidity.

MEI Data Logger is a device that records, stores and transmits monitoring data MEI GROUP developed, suitable for applications measuring rain, water level, flow, pressure, sluice gate opening and many other industrial sensors.

The device uses a microcontroller STM32F407, integrated Real-time RTC, connection support 4G and LoRa, can operate in mode realtime or save energy. Hardware is equipped 2 RS485 ports, 4 pulse channels, 3 channels 4-20mA, expansion port TTL and can communicate with HMI screen.

MEI Data Logger is capable of saving incoming offline data 60 days and automatically resynchronize the server when there is a connection. The device also supports reading battery capacity, detecting solar charging status, monitoring temperature and humidity inside the cabinet, helping the monitoring system operate stably, flexibly and professionally in the field.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

MEI Data Logger is a device that records, stores and transmits intelligent monitoring data MEI GROUP developed, suitable for hydrological, environmental, water supply and drainage, agricultural and industrial monitoring systems. The device is designed in form open hardware framework, support 4G and LoRa connectivity, helps flexible deployment for many models: transmit data directly to the server or collect data from many remote measurement points to the central gateway.

The device uses a microcontroller STM32F407 High performance, integrated Real-time RTC to accurately time stamp each record. Hardware support 2 RS485/Modbus RTU ports, can connect multiple sensors or expand communication with HMI screen for on-site display, configuration and monitoring. In addition, the equipment is also available 4 pulse reading channels, 3 analog channels 4-20mA, expansion port TTL, responds to many types of signals such as rain measurement, flow, water level, pressure, sluice gate opening and other specialized sensors.

Connect LoRa Allows the device to transmit and receive data wirelessly at long distances, suitable for dispersed monitoring locations, areas where it is difficult to pull signal cables or where it is not convenient to install multiple 4G SIMs. Combined with 4G, the system can build a model of many LoRa nodes transmitting to a gateway, then the gateway pushes data to the server/cloud, helping to optimize operating costs and easily expand the system.

MEI Data Logger supports two operating modes: realtime for points that require continuous monitoring and save energy for battery and solar power stations. When the network connection is lost, the device is capable Store data offline for up to 60 days and automatically resynchronize the server when the connection returns, helping to limit data loss.

The system also supports reading battery capacity, discovered Solar charging status, monitoring temperature and humidity inside the cabinet, power status and many other operating parameters. With flexible design, multiple communication standards and high scalability, MEI Data Logger helps digitize monitoring data, reduce field labor, improve early warning capabilities and manage the system more centrally, stably and professionally.
