Sensor Hub - DTG.515

MEI pressure monitoring equipment uses the platform ESP32, designed for industrial, power supply environments 12VDC and connection WiFi in the ecosystem MEI ECO. The device can read multiple pressure sensors and monitor multiple fault contacts via signals 0-24VDC, and output at the same time relay to control horn, warning light, electric valve or PLC interlock. Data is saved when the network is lost and automatically synchronized when connected again. Support equipment OTA Remote firmware update, convenient maintenance and feature expansion.

MEI pressure monitoring devices are designed for industrial, platform use environments ESP32, power supply 12VDC and connection WiFi in the ecosystem MEI ECO. The device is capable of reading multiple pressure sensors at the same time, and monitoring multiple fault contacts via signals 0-24VDC from electrical cabinets, protection relays, pressure switches or peripheral devices.

The system allows real-time pressure monitoring, failure status and alarms. When it detects that the pressure exceeds the threshold or there is an error signal, the device can output it relay contact to control horns, warning lights, electric valves or interlock with control cabinets/PLCs.

The device supports data storage when network connection is lost and automatically synchronizes back to the server when WiFi is restored. Also, features OTA remote firmware update Helps upgrade software, expand features and maintain equipment conveniently without disassembling in the field.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

MEI pressure sensor monitoring device

The pressure sensor monitoring device developed by MEI uses the platform ESP32, designed for industrial environments, suitable for installation in factories, pumping systems, pipelines, compressed air and production lines.

The device is capable of reading multiple pressure sensors at the same time, monitoring electric buoy, fault contact through signal 0-24VDC, and also supports reading industrial sensors using communication RS485/Modbus RTU such as pressure, water level, flow, temperature, humidity sensors or other measuring devices. Data is transmitted to the ecosystem MEI ECO via connection WiFi, allowing real-time monitoring of operating status, pressure and alarms.

Device uses power supply 12VDC, there is an alley relay contact output to control the horn, warning lights, electric valves or interlock with the control cabinet/PLC when an incident exceeds the threshold. When the network connection is lost, data is stored locally and automatically synchronized back to the server when the connection is restored.

In addition, the device supports OTA remote firmware update, helping to upgrade features, fix errors and maintain the system without removing equipment in the field.
