Fine particulate matter monitoring

MEI dust monitoring system is the kit IoT Data Logger Use microcontroller STM32, supports dust sensor connection PM1.0, PM2.5, PM10 qua UART or RS485 Modbus RTU to monitor air quality in factories and outdoors. Connected devices 4G LTE, Wi-Fi or Ethernet (LAN), transmit data to the platform MEI ECO via protocol MQTT. Support system Continuous Mode and Low Power Mode, integrated Offline Data Logging, automatically synchronizes data when connection is restored and supported Remote firmware update (OTA). User-configurable alert, receive thresholds Push Notification, Dashboard monitoring, trend charts and Export Excel report on Web/App.

The MEI dust monitoring system is the solution IoT Data Logger Developed on microcontroller platform STM32, specialized for monitoring dust concentration in factories, production areas, warehouses and outdoor environments in real time. The device supports connecting dust sensors PM1.0, PM2.5, PM10 through communication UART, RS485 Modbus RTU or other digital communications, meeting air quality monitoring requirements in many industrial applications.

Devices that support connection 4G LTE, Wi-Fi or Ethernet (LAN), transmit data to the platform MEI ECO through protocol MQTT, allowing remote monitoring and management on Web/App. Support system two operating modes includes Continuous Mode (continuous monitoring) and Low Power Mode (energy saving), suitable for both grid power and systems using battery or solar energy.

To ensure data is not lost, the device integrates Offline Data Logging, automatically saves data when Internet connection is lost and syncs again when connection is restored. In addition, the support system Remote firmware update (OTA - Over-The-Air Firmware Update) through the network 4G, Wi-Fi or LAN, helps upgrade features and patch bugs without direct access to the device.

Users can configure sampling cycle, data transmission cycle, alarm threshold for each dust and receive parameter Push Notification when the dust concentration exceeds the limit or the device has a problem. Platform MEI ECO Provides Dashboard, trend charts, user permissions and Export Excel report, effectively meeting the needs of air quality monitoring in factories and outdoor environments.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

MEI dust monitoring system is the kit IoT Data Logger Developed on microcontroller platform STM32, specialized in collecting, processing and monitoring dust parameters in industrial and outdoor environments in real time. The device is designed to meet the requirements of continuous operation in harsh conditions, suitable for deployment at factories, industrial parks, environmental monitoring stations, mineral exploitation areas, construction sites and air quality monitoring points.

The device supports connection to dust sensors PM1.0, PM2.5, PM10, TSP through communication standards UART, RS485 Modbus RTU or digital interface for each sensor type. Processor STM32 Performs sampling according to configuration cycles, processes and filters signal noise, checks sensor status, calibrates data (Calibration), timestamps (Timestamp) and stores data before transmitting to the server.

The system supports Internet connection via 4G LTE, Wi-Fi or Ethernet (LAN), transmit data to the platform MEI ECO use protocol MQTT, allowing real-time monitoring on Web/App with low latency. Support equipment Continuous Mode, suitable for applications requiring 24/7 continuous monitoring, and Low Power Mode, where the STM32 uses Sleep/Stop modes to reduce energy consumption, only activating the sensor and communication module according to the installation cycle, suitable for battery or solar powered systems.

Integrated equipment Offline Data Logging Use Flash or SD memory card to store data when Internet or server connection is lost. Once the connection is restored, the data will be available automatically synchronizes according to the correct timestamp, ensuring the continuity and integrity of the database. The system also supports Firmware Over-The-Air (OTA), allowing remote control program updates via 4G, Wi-Fi or LAN, helping to upgrade features, fix errors and maintain equipment without direct operations on site.

Users can configure sampling period, data transfer period, calibration coefficient, alarm threshold High, Low, High-High, Low-Low and warning delay time for each dust parameter. When detecting dust concentration exceeding the limit, losing sensor signal or losing device connection, the system will record Alarm Log, and send at the same time Push Notification to the Web/App platform in real time.

Platform MEI ECO Supports centralized management of multiple devices, Dashboard display, trend charts, real-time data, operating history, user authorization and Export Excel report, meets the requirements for monitoring, analyzing and managing air quality in industrial and environmental applications.
