BPS CONTROLLER – Model CT.400 is an industrial controller and monitor made by MEI Group researches, designs and develops, built on the foundation STM32F407 High performance, specialized for pumping stations, water supply systems, wastewater treatment and industrial automation applications. The device serves as the data collection, field control and communication center in the ecosystem MEI IoT, meeting the requirements of 24/7 continuous operation with high reliability.

BPS Controller CT.400 is integrated 4G LTE, support real-time data transmission and remote control via MEI Web App. Communication support devices RS485/Modbus RTU for connection to electromagnetic flowmeters, ultrasonic flowmeters, power meters, pressure sensors, water level, water quality, inverters, PLCs and HMI screens. In addition, the equipment is also equipped 10 Digital Input channels (0–24 VDC) to monitor field equipment status and 10 Relay Output channels Serves to control pumps, electric valves, warning lights or peripheral devices.

Passed MEI Web App, users can remotely configure all device parameters such as alarm thresholds, operating schedules, control parameters, communication parameters, inverters and sensors without the need for on-site operations. MEI's software platform provides real-time data monitoring functions, trend charts, operating logs, equipment statistics, export Excel/PDF reports, and also supports multi-channel alerts via Web App, SMS and calls (Call) when problems occur such as power outage, communication loss, sensor error, overvoltage, undervoltage, tank overflow, tank empty, inverter error or abnormal conditions configured by the user.

CT.400 is designed according to industrial hardware standards with circuits Signal isolation, EMC/EMI anti-interference, anti-overvoltage, anti-surge and power protection, ensuring stable operation in environments with many high-power motors and inverters. The device is also integrated Smart control radiator fan, automatically operates according to set temperature thresholds, and monitors fan speed and status to detect fan failure or fan stoppage. Additionally, the system continuously monitors source voltage, current consumption and power of the electronic circuit, helps detect hardware abnormalities early, improving reliability and device longevity.
