Industrial IoT Gateway

IoT Gateway MEI GROUP is a central data collection and transmission device for the factory, supporting connectivity LAN Ethernet combined with the network LoRa UART to build a distributed monitoring system without pulling long RS485 wires. Gateway uses ESP32 dual-core 240MHz, operates stably 24/7 and integrates WiFi/LAN for SCADA, MES or internal server connection via MQTT/MQTTS, HTTP/HTTPS or WebSocket.

Support equipment M-Bus/RS485 Modbus RTU to read electronic water meters, industrial sensors and energy meters. Inputs 4–20mA/0–10V allows collection of pressure, water level, pH, EC/TDS or analog signals in the production line. There are also Digital Input/Output to monitor pump, valve, motor status and support remote control.

Network LoRa UART Allows connection of 20–200 distributed sensor nodes, with polling, packet deduplication, CRC checking and RSSI – battery management for each device. Data is noise filtered, logged and automatically synchronized when LAN is lost. IoT Gateway is suitable for monitoring water, environment, energy, electrical panels and the entire operating system in the factory.

Ministry IoT Gateway MEI Factory is an industrial data collection and transmission device developed on the platform ESP32, serves as the connection hub between field devices and the platform MEI ECO, SCADA or MES. Support equipment Ethernet (LAN), LoRa UART, RS485 Modbus RTU/M-Bus same inputs Analog 4–20 mA/0–10 V and Digital I/O, allows data collection from a variety of sensors and industrial devices on the same system.

Gateway used LoRa UART to replace the glands RS485 long distances, helping to reduce wiring costs and expand connection range to hundreds of measurement nodes in the factory. The device supports data processing at the edge (Edge Processing), noise filtering, Data Logging, automatically synchronizes data when the connection is restored and transmits data via MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS or Modbus TCP.

The system supports centralized management of multiple LoRa Nodes, monitors connection status, warns of lost communication or abnormal devices, and provides Dashboard, trend charts, user permissions and Export Excel report, effectively meeting the needs of digital transformation and industrial monitoring in modern factories.
