MEI Integrated Gateway set (MEI Integrated Gateway) is an industrial data collection and communication device made by MEI Group researches, designs and develops, which serves as the connection hub between field devices and the platform MEI IoT Platform. The device is designed for remote monitoring, environmental monitoring, water supply, wastewater treatment, hydrology and industrial automation applications, with the ability to operate stably 24/7 in harsh environments.

Gateway used 12 VDC power supply, integrating a variety of communication standards including 4G LTE, Ethernet (LAN), Wi-Fi and LoRa, allowing flexible deployment in areas with or without network infrastructure. The device is capable of acting as a data collector (Data Concentrator), receiving data from LoRa sensor nodes, RS485 devices or field controllers, then processing and transmitting data to the server in real time.

Equipment is equipped 01 RS485/Modbus RTU port for connecting to flowmeters, power meters, pressure sensors, water level, water quality and many other industrial devices. Additionally, Gateway integrates 02 digital inputs (Digital Input 0–24 VDC) serves to monitor equipment status, report errors or warning signals from the field and 01 digital output (Digital Output) to control relays, buzzers, indicator lights or peripheral devices.

Integrated system Temperature and humidity sensors inside the device, allowing continuous monitoring of hardware working conditions. When the temperature or humidity exceeds the set threshold, the Gateway will issue a warning to the center, helping to early detect the risk of overheating, condensation or conditions that can affect the life of the device.

Gateway is equipped RTC (Real-Time Clock) and Flash memory to store data when network connection is lost. Data will be saved in real time and automatically sync to the server When the connection is restored, ensure no information is lost. The device also supports remote configuration, OTA firmware update, status diagnosis and device management through MEI Web App.

Platform MEI IoT Platform Provides online monitoring functions, trend charts, alarm management, report export, event log and user permissions. Gateway supports popular communication protocols such as MQTT, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, HTTP/HTTPS, making it easy to integrate with SCADA systems, Cloud or third-party management software.
