Medical equipment monitoring and data collection system
The MEI device is a data acquisition gateway (Data Acquisition Gateway) designed to connect to medical devices through communication. RS485/Modbus RTU, allows continuous reading and collection of operating parameters from testing machines, sterilizers, storage cabinets, medical gas systems and many other specialized equipment. Data is processed at the device and transmitted to the Web/App platform via Ethernet, Wi-Fi or 4G, helping to monitor device status in real time from anywhere.
The system supports flexible configuration of register address (Register), data type (INT16, UINT16, INT32, FLOAT32), Scale factor, sampling cycle and data transmission cycle, meeting the ability to integrate with many device lines of different manufacturers. Measurement parameters are displayed visually on the Dashboard in the form of real-time data, trend charts and data history, helping operators easily monitor, analyze and evaluate the device's operating status.
For each parameter, users can set high alarm threshold (High), low (Low), upper limit (High-High), lower limit (Low-Low), alarm retention time (Delay Time), trigger condition and priority level. When the value exceeds the threshold, the device loses connection or a communication error occurs, the system will automatically create a warning event, save a log and send an instant notification via Push Notification on mobile application (App Notification), SMS, calls, Email or platforms like Zalo and Telegram (optional). Administrators can proactively turn on/off each type of alert, configure the list of phone numbers to receive SMS/calls, the list of users to receive notifications on the App, and assign permissions to each user group.
All operating data is stored on the server for historical retrieval, statistics and trend analysis. The system supports exporting reports by shift, day, week, month or optional time period with Excel, PDF and CSV formats. The report includes measurement data, variation graphs, alarm history, equipment status and operating logs, meeting the management, quality control and data storage requirements in hospitals, laboratories and medical facilities.
