IoT demonstration kit

MEI IoT Demo System is an application demonstration platform Industrial IoT Use microcontroller STM32, integrated Digital I/O, Analog Input and RS485 Modbus RTU to connect sensors and peripherals. Data is processed in real time, displayed above HMI screen and transmit to the platform MEI ECO passed Ethernet (LAN), Wi-Fi or 4G LTE use protocol MQTT. Users can monitor sensor status, turn lights on/off, control Relay from HMI or Web/App. Support equipment Offline Data Logging, automatically synchronize data when connection is restored, sending Push Notification, display Dashboard, trend chart and Export Excel report.

IoT MEI Demo Kit is a demonstration model developed on the platform STM32, serving research, training and testing of industrial IoT solutions. The device integrates multiple input/outputs (Digital I/O, Analog Input, RS485 Modbus RTU) and basic sensors, allowing real-time status monitoring and device control. Data is displayed directly above HMI screen, and simultaneously transmit it to the platform MEI ECO passed Ethernet (LAN), Wi-Fi or 4G use protocol MQTT. Users can turn on/off lights, control Relay outputs, monitor sensor status and configure devices remotely on the Web/App. Support system Offline Data Logging, automatically synchronize data when connection is restored, sending Push Notification When an event occurs, save activity history and Export Excel report, helps illustrate the full functionality of a modern IoT monitoring and control system.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

MEI IoT Demo Kit is a platform for demonstrating and developing applications Industrial IoT, built on a microcontroller STM32 to fully simulate the architecture of a data acquisition, monitoring and remote control system. The device integrates many industrial communications such as Digital Input (DI), Digital Output (DO), Analog Input (0–10V, 4–20mA), RS485 Modbus RTU, allowing connection to sensors and peripherals in many practical applications.

Data from sensors is processed in real time by STM32, performing noise filtering, signal conversion, status monitoring and continuous updating. HMI screen. Operators can directly monitor sensor values, input/output status, control relays, turn lights on/off and change operating parameters right on the HMI interface.

Devices that support connection Ethernet (LAN), Wi-Fi or 4G LTE, transmit data to the platform MEI ECO through protocol MQTT, allowing real-time remote monitoring and control on Web/App. All control commands from the Web/App are instantly synchronized to the device and status feedback is given to confirm the execution process.

Integrated system Offline Data Logging, stores data and event logs when network connection is lost, then automatically synchronizes to the server when connection is restored. Users can configure the alert threshold for each signal, send Push Notification when there are unusual events, manage multiple devices on the same platform, assign user rights, display Dashboard, trend charts and Export Excel report, effectively meeting the needs of training, research, testing and demonstration of industrial IoT solutions.
